We enjoyed our tours and our tour guides were wonderful, especially in Sharm el Sheik. We were disappointed in Saqara because we felt rushed and we did not spend enough time at the sight.
We understood that we arrived one day eariler and as our tour guide, we should have received some help with you in establishing a place to stay for the night. Further, we were disappointed in Abu Simbel, according to you, we would be met with a tour guide and the price of admission was paid for. We were the only group on the plan that was not met with a tour guide and we had to pay for admission and our cost to and from the airport separately. Further, we wasted 1/2 of the time in Abu Simbel to make these arrangements and our time there was very, very short. We were very disappointed and upset. You said Egypt Air was responsible, Egypt Air said they were only responsible for the actual flight to and from Abu Simbel. Since everyone else was met with a tour guide, except Vince and me, I believe you were incorrect with your assessment of Egypt Air providing transportation to and from Abu Simbel. I was not going to bring this to your attention because we have already discussed these issues with you and your response is "not my fault".
